"TAKANAWA GATEWAY Link Scholars' Hub (LiSH)" aims to create new businesses and cultures by connecting and cross-linking people (Scholars) with diverse, cutting-edge knowledge and skills.

TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY
TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY is directly connected to the Yamanote Line station and is based on the concept of a "Global Gateway," with easy access to Tokyo International Airport and the Linear Chuo Shinkansen.
This town will be one of Japan's largest testing grounds for creating new solutions with a focus on Enviromental protection, Mobility vehicles and Robotics, and Healthcare services, and for implementing them in society, with a target audience of approximately 100,000 people.
Startup Ecosystem
By providing opportunities for collaboration with diverse, cutting-edge knowledge, analysis using the city's data infrastructure (Urban OS) that includes railway data, and financial support through the Takanawa global co-benefits Fund, a venture capital fund for urban development, we will create, nurture, and support solutions right up to their implementation in society.

TAKANAWA GATEWAY Link Scholars' Hub "Studio1-3"
It has a co-working space where companies, startups, and accelerators from various industries can gather, and they can receive support from experts such as academics, patent attorneys, lawyers, and tax accountants. In addition, Studio 3 has a demonstration area where members can try out the advanced services of its member companies.
TAKANAWA GATEWAY Link Scholars' Hub "Lab"
The facility will be equipped with the necessary experimental equipment for basic research into Enviromental protection, Healthcare services, etc. Deep tech startups can become members and operate with reduced initial investment.

Studio 2 is located on the 9th floor of THE LINK PILLAR 1 SOUTH, adjacent to The University Tokyo GATEWAY Campus.
There are a variety of workspaces available, including Private offices and meeting rooms.

"Studio 3" is on the 4th floor of "THE LINK PILLAR 2" and is a facility with two areas.
At this demonstration facility, you can experience the cutting-edge services of member companies.
