"TAKANAWA GATEWAY Link Scholars' Hub (LiSH)" aims to create new businesses and cultures by connecting and cross-linking people (Scholars) with diverse, cutting-edge knowledge and skills.
TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY
TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY is directly connected to the Yamanote Line station and is based on the concept of a "Global Gateway," with easy access to Tokyo International Airport and the Linear Chuo Shinkansen.
This town will be one of Japan's largest testing grounds for creating new solutions with a focus on Enviromental protection, Mobility vehicles and Robotics, and Healthcare services, and for implementing them in society, with a target audience of approximately 100,000 people.
Startup Ecosystem
By providing opportunities for collaboration with diverse, cutting-edge knowledge, analysis using the city's data infrastructure (Urban OS) that includes railway data, and financial support through the Takanawa global co-benefits Fund, a venture capital fund for urban development, we will create, nurture, and support solutions right up to their implementation in society.
