ATOMica plans, develops, and operates Social Coworking® spaces, and has a proven track record of operating facilities and programs that emphasize interaction between people, going beyond the scope of a coworking space to create communities and towns that foster sustainable encounters, interactions, and co-creation.

The company's mission is to "increase the number of relationships where people can rely on each other," and its vision is to "continue to connect people by supporting all kinds of wishes." Currently, while the coworking market is expanding, there are issues such as calls for strengthening community management and facility operators lacking management know-how and being unable to operate efficiently. We believe that ATOMica can solve these issues by providing solutions and programs that meet customer needs and continuously creating encounters, interactions, and co-creation.
