This wet lab is located within Takanawa Gateway City, a commercial and residential area, and aims to promote research in Enviromental protection and life sciences.
In addition to a shared lab equipped with common equipment for general bio-related experiments, there are Specialized labs where microbial experiments, plant experiments, and Enviromental protection experiments using seawater, etc. can be conducted.

LiSH Lab offers four types of shared labs with a total of 32 benches, as well as 15 Private offices rooms where individual experiments can be conducted.

Life science lab(base)
The Life Science Lab has the most comprehensive analytical equipment among the four shared labs. It is the most specialized of the four labs for analysis and observation. It also has a space for handling chemicals, and is positioned to broadly support experiments commonly performed in life science research. Furthermore, it has the unique feature of being able to handle animal cells.
Aquatic Ecology Lab(Hydrosphere)
The special room has been designed to prevent water leakage and seawater contamination, allowing experiments using organisms that live in aquatic Enviromental protection. No other shared lab in Tokyo is equipped with this level of equipment. Earthquake-resistant aquarium stands are also planned to be installed, allowing experiments using corals, seaweed, and small aquatic organisms to be carried out immediately.
Plant Physiology Lab(plant)
This lab specializes in experiments on photosynthetic organisms such as plants, algae, and mosses. It is equipped with a device called an artificial climate chamber, which allows photosynthetic organisms to be cultivated and grown in an indoor Enviromental protection, creating Enviromental protection where experiments with plants can be carried out immediately. It is also equipped with the culture equipment required to extract useful substances from plant cells and algae. It is also possible to set up a simple plant factory.
Microbiology lab(microorganisms)
This shared lab specializes in microbial experiments. There are few other shared labs for life sciences that can handle microorganisms, so being able to conduct experiments in the city center is a major benefit for members. Not only is it fully equipped with clean benches, safety cabinets, and autoclaves, which are essential for working with microorganisms, but it also has equipment for culturing microorganisms in large quantities, which is necessary when extracting useful components from them, and centrifuges for collecting microorganisms.
